International Shipping – sent within 2 to 5 business days via DHL
Please note: DAY FIVE STUDIOS cannot be held liable for any import duties, customs fees or taxes that may be incurred on the delivery of your order at your country.
DAY FIVE STUDIOS will happily process a store credit, exchange or refund for any full priced online purchases.
Items must be returned within 4 days of receiving your order in its original condition and packaging with receipt or proof of purchase. To organise a return with us please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items or items purchased during a discount period are not eligible for refunds, only for store credits.
Please note that the cost of shipping a return back to us is at your cost (unless we deem it faulty and we will reimburse you upon inspection) and the return remains your responsibility until received at our head office. Please also
note that once your return has been received at our head office, it may take up to 5 business days for us to process it for you.
If you are wishing to return an item that is incorrect or faulty, please email us immediately at email@example.com so we can rectify the situation.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Any items returned outside the 4-day return period, or in a condition that indicates being used in any way, will not be accepted for return. DAY FIVE STUDIOS reserves the right to
reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as DAY FIVE STUDIOS cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has
arrived safely to us! DAY FIVE STUDIOS does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns. All costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
We work hard to get all orders out on the same day, however during busy periods handling time may be extended to 2 days.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, however our usual returns process is available.
